What is your favorite part about pottery?: Throwing & the creative process.

Tell us about yourself and your pottery journey: I am a Colorado native. I have done the majority of my work at Bicentennial Art Center but am now at AlSi Ceramics. I took my first class in high school and started in earnest about 10 years later. In my 30 years of pottery, I have enjoyed many styles of pottery. I’ve done raku, foil saggars, clay saggars, hand building using transfers as decorations, frozen pond glaze decoration & functional ware.
I plan to do pottery as long as I’m able!
