What is your favorite part about pottery?:
The endless possibilities from abstract to realistic. From functional to decorative. The surprises and accessible nature to create anything imaginable.

Tell us about yourself and your pottery journey:
I first felt clay in elementary school, and fell in love taking classes in high school and couldn't stop when I got to college. As an art teacher for the past 20 years, through generations of my students Ceramics is a wonderful art medium that I enjoy bringing to my public school students as well as my adult students at Bicentennial art center of Aurora. It has been a pleasure sharing this art form with my students of all ages. I never get tired of creating with in the clay, organic and functional forms that manifest their way into being through the mud.
